Tom has lived his entire life in Boulder, and has deep, meaningful roots. His father, Jack Fowler opened Fowler Real Estate in 1960, where many of Boulder’s top agents first hung their license. Tom took over the business in 1985, shaping it into Fowler Real Estate / Better Homes and Gardens, where it grew to be one of the largest and fastest growing real estate firms in Northern Colorado with five offices and 350 brokers. Tom later sold the firm and formed Crescent Partners, which specialized in condominium sales and conversions. In 2012, he merged with Coldwell Banker, which is #1 in Colorado and one of the largest real estate companies in the nation.
